I used to love going here but the quality of food and service level is incredibly inconsistent. I have seen huge dips in their ability to get my order correct, surprising disparities in how large the portions are, they are extremely slow, and the customer service people don't take any accountability for fixing their mistakes unless you ask to speak to a manager. Very poorly run business all around that doesn't value its repeat customers.

Vegetarian options: I believe this is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, however, I wasn't looking for non-vegetarian/vegan offerings. Certainly, there was a large selection. Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and was able to find plenty of options.

I've gotten delivery from here 5 times now and it's always been good; especially the portobella burger, plentiful masala fries, brunch breakfast burrito, and Kitchari Bowl with ghee.(03/24/2024)
