I felt like I wasted my money at this restaurant. The Hi-Tea experience at OTT was terrible - the food quality and service were below average, yet the prices were high.

I tried their HiTea, but I do not recommend it. You can find many better HiTea options at the same price.

Arranged my daughter's birthday party in their Celebration lounge. Everything was perfect. Food was good. Staff is very cooperative. Highly recommended.

I visited for hitea buffet in June pizza and steaks were the good part but rest desserts variety is very ordinary , very hot inside ACS are not properly working, no proper seating arrangements , and no drinks in the hitea which is a must part everywhere in this price range. e.g yum Chinese and Thai in needs improvement in these aspects. overall
