Service very slow. Had to wait quite long to get takeaway coffee

Literal maze, poor signage, crawling with..........and............ Only good there is the coffee.

I'm very dissappointed,l'm their regular customer but this time l got served a muffin which was off/not fresh the only time it was soft was after they warmed it but when l tried to eat it it was hard l threw it in the bin.l reported this first to the staff member who went back to the shop and doubled checked and said yes lm right the muffin were old,but to my surprise when l reported this incident to the manager the same day on thursday, she kept on saying l dont know how it happened and she … – show
