Bidrage med feedbackI had tried to place my order and never got an answer. The phone kept ringing when I was finally separated. Valeria was on the conuter and tells me the phones work or ring. This is a business and unacceptable!! If there is a problem with the phones, call the corporate office or the telephone company to correct this issue!
Let's start walking into the door, go to the counter, just to stand there and wait until the person in the kitchen finished texting before I even realized and go from there. She confirmed my order, 15 wings with ranch and a well-made pommes. All right, except the Pommes were NOT well done. Ah! It's not crazy rocket science to leave them in 30 seconds longer, why is this so difficult to get! Too hungry and pick up lunch for my staff and did not want the wings to get cold, so I just left after the comment that they were not well done! Maybe during lunch, even if you don't have many customers, holding your phone would help prevent mistakes in ordering. Also 1.59 for one side of the ranch? I get charge if it doesn't come with the order, but Jebus's Christmas you can get a whole bottle of ranch for this price!!! Talk about an outlier! Of course, as much as I like the wings from here, my loyalty waves, if the simplest mistakes are avoided so easily, and I despise the feeling as if I were torn off. I guess I'll give BWW a shot.
The waiting time was 40 minutes for buffalo wings. It was really busy, but 40 minutes... The wings were okay.
I had to go back because I had another order. I'm all for young people working. It is, however, the ineffective communication that gives me a break. I went to this place for a year without food. When I decided to come back... it was a sign that I had to choose somewhere else.
Place the order spent $30 never got it delivered to my house not the 1st time that this happened but certainly is the last people don't order from this place they're horrible
