Well worth the trip. Quietly tucked in a small strip center in Irving, this establishment is, in a word, outstanding! Friendly, efficient wait staff, whose pleasant demeanor and knowledge of the menu items complements a family ambience and clean setting. But, it's the food that really sets this place apart. A substantial breakfast and lunch menu that meets nearly anyone's needs. The food is excellent and served quickly, even for very large parties we average seven or eight at a sitting. Every meal, every time is everything we hoped for well done. We look forward to coming back again and again.

Stopped in because we liked the name. Waiters was new but nice friendly. The menu had alot if items. Wife ordered breakfast and I ordered lunch. The food came fast it was hot and fresh. The French fries were crispy and had flavor. They gave a generous amount of fries. They gave me half an avocado on the burger extra onions. The meat was cooked perfect, was juicy and had alot of flavor. The owner stopped by and talked to us. Great eating experience.

The Siena Cafe does a good job of triangulating quality, price point, and portion size. My one criticism would be that nothing stands out. We tried different motions, and all were good rather than great. Still, there's nothing wrong with solid diner food, well-cooked.
