Rajwadi Food - Irving

My fav go to place when missing home and need some home made parathas. My fav is Aalloo, but their other parathas are good too.I am also huge fan of their Samosas, they are best in town so far. If you haven’t tried please do.It’s a hole in wall but won’t disappoint you.Service is slow as they make it after you order so please be patient.If you are in rush order 20 mins in advance and when you reach it’s ready to eat.Their chai could use some eliachi.Above all a good food pick up joint.Do not keep high expectations when you sit n eat, it’s decent n clean but not fancy. It’s table in chair set up in hallway…. Aao khaao jaao types.My only tip to them is if they use paper cups for tea instead of thermacol and same for food as thermacol isn’t good for health when used for warm food nor good for environment.I wish I had some pics to share, everytime I pick up, I am so eager to eat that I forget to click!!! OVER PRICED!!!There prices on a 10 pack roti used to be $5 a year ago then went up to $6 and now they charge $8.00. When asked why the price went up he said there is shortage of Aata !!! Really!! No you are ripping people off!!!

The Indian food is ok, but the customer service is not, especially if you are not Indian, since the moment I entered the place, I felt not welcome there. I witnessed how they treated a Door Dash guy who was trying to explain himself. They were rude with him and with me that I was a customer trying to help. Please people you have to give a great customer service to everyone, it doesn't matter if they are other culture or nationality, be emphatic with others. There is nothing more valuable than sensibility and to be emphatic. You have a great location and yummy food. Do not spoil it with your rudeness.
