Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Irving

Wow, within the last month they updated their prices and it went from something like 8 to 10 for their box combo. With tax and everything your coming away at like 11 or so now if I remember correctly. I mean I understand some places raising their prices but such a huge jump for some fast food? And it always was expensive but I still splurged every once in a while on it, but now tbh it was such a price shock (as much as 2 can be lol) it makes me not want to go back. I mean ok raise it .50 or something now and then another .50 after a while. At least mentally it wouldn't seem like such a huge jump for someone just trying to get some fast food lunch that's not McDonald's or something.

I wasn't going to post but I just need to let people know how nasty this location is. I ordered a lemonade and it was nasty so I asked to exchange it for a Sweet Tea and the young lady poured the lemonade back into the dispenser and I addressed her about it and she replied that she didn't know I drank out of it and I told her that was unsanitary. I'm so done with this location because this clearly wasn't the first time ?

Usually i love this place. However yesterday i drive thru ordered the caniac combo which is 6 pieces chicken fingers coleslaw and fries. Came home to find 4 pieces and no coleslaw. So basically i paid for the half amount of food i was supposed to get.

First time ever getting burnt smelling Chicken Fingers.The oder was enough that we couldn't eat them.Spoke with the manager and they remade a batch of fingers.They were up to the normal hot and awesomeness they usually are.When they brought them out and tossed them on the table, that made the decision to never return here just that much easier.Enough said.Its really a Shame, as it was really convenient to our wknd routine.Oh well, northwest highway is just a bit further away, we'll be fine.

You need to make sure whoever is operating the fryer wears their hair in a hair net appropriately, i found a hair FRIED to my chicken so much so that when I tried to pull the hair out of my box the chicken came out with it. Thanks for ruining my appetite !
