El Pollo Loco - Irving

We love this place! it is great, gluten-free and perfect for healthy ish dining room. I love the queso blanco burrito and she loves the double tostada salad. it is also a great value for the money!

That was my second time. good value and good food. I'm back in a definitiw. loss of 1 star due to the escaping so unstoppably warm.

Great taste and fair prices, the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because their sides are 4 uncens rosékins, I got a small chips and queso and almost spent $3 on them just maybe have 10 chips dipped easily into cheese, bringing in 8 uncensed rosékins. that doesn't have to be so cheap.

I ordered 2 pollo bowls with chips instead oF tortillas, 1 small chips n queso AND 4 CHURROS. Somehow we ended up with 1 small bag of chips for 2 meals and an appetizer..BUT THE FOOD WAS GOOD!!

Food was good but, they were missing 3 items (he read it back) we didn't get a receipt so I don't even know if we paid for it, didn't realize till we got back to the hotel across town. No silverware with the salad, no napkins. Love El Pollo loco, but not a good night at this location
