OK. The wait to place an order is unusually long, as is the wait for delivery of an order. It could be the result of student workers in training.

The food quality is subpar and the wait times are so long that they extend outside of the restaurant building.

I don't enjoy the coffee at this restaurant, and their prices are too high. The wifi is terrible and their McDonald's knockoff items are two to three times more...

Diet! What can I say? There is no other company that can surpass them! The mocha frappuccino is a delight, I love it every time.
