Romano's Macaroni Grill Tustin - Irvine

Wait for dinner was long. server said it was the kitchen. 3 of four plates all came out cold and the 4th plate came 10 minutes later freshened and too hot. I was a server and knows when eating is under light and should go. miserable dinner.

Service was excellent! rhonda will take care of you and make sure you are happy! we all made our own pasta dishes! enjoy! thank you!

Thanks u becca for their service. it was not excessively attentive and we felt comfortable to ask and they were also in what we wanted to know. I thought I wanted that moskito, but u also offered a sweet red what I wanted without even knowing. eating was good and we have drinks, appetizer, main dishes and dessert for a def affordable bill. Thank you. just something I would say would have been better welcomed. was not really greeted and felt only stared when we came in.

We had the same waitress that we had in May 2022. It was nice to see that the employees stay for a while. She gave us a dessert on the house since we were returning diners, which was very nice.

Waited over an hour for our food. It was reservation. If you don’t have the staff. Don’t take reservations. I was not happy. Too long of a wait to eat.
