Bidrage med feedbackI'm very picky what Sushi is going on in my stomach, so not being shut off by the two stars I gave him. the sushi is great when you review my niban... It's almost there. It is definitely not that really rough things you find like costco, and it is absolutely better than the average sushi bar like Sushiya. I recommend the volcanic roll and the crazy California roll. are warned that their sushi is a little on the Pricy side, so plan at least $20 when you meet their sushi menu. the size of the sushi is quite good, so I do not disappoint. The only thing that really turned me off was the service. It was pretty slow and I came when the service was supposed to be faster than normal. My cousin and his roommate apparently waited for a few beers over an hour. Beer! but anyway, one thing I found differently was that they put all your sushi on one or two plates, so make sure you know what you have. But if you and your friends just share everything, there is no problem. so overall, it has great tasting sushi, but it is a little pricy. But if you're like me, it won't be too bad, because I never tipped the waiters here more than 5% if any tip for the towing service, so it makes the expensive food:
To make matters worse, our entrees arrived before our appetizer. When we mentioned this, we were told that our appetizer order had never been put in. Additionally, the entrees came without plates or bowls for the soy sauce. After we complained to a manager, they quickly brought us our water and plates. Then, the service took a turn for the worse. A woman named Kim took over for our original server, who had to leave due to a “family emergency.” When we received our bill, we were shocked to find it was much higher than expected. We noticed five items on the invoice that we had never ordered, including the incorrectly served beers. When we mentioned this to Kim, she insisted the bill was accurate and claimed we had ordered a chicken teriyaki dish, which we hadn’t. It was incredibly frustrating as she seemed to call my girlfriend a liar, leading us to speak with the manager, who turned out to be Kim as well. In the end, we had a bill of $50 instead of the $71 that was initially presented. There were no discounts, no free desserts, no vouchers—nothing offered as compensation. The so-called manager returned to ask if we were still upset, as if we were obligated to sit down and have dinner in their establishment. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My family and I will definitely not be returning, and I've already informed my company, which is located nearby, to boycott the restaurant. If you’re looking for sushi, I highly recommend staying away from this place. To top it off, the food wasn’t great either; the sushi rolls were poorly made with hardly any fish in them.
From 3:00 PM to closing, you can sit anywhere in the restaurant and enjoy significant discounts. The Happy Hour menu is extensive, almost resembling a regular menu in its variety. I do acknowledge that the service can be a bit disjointed at times, and the appetizers are rather small, even for someone with a small appetite like mine. However, when you can get the Tempura Sampler (normally priced at $7.00) and their Mt. Fuji Calamari (usually $8.00) for just $3.00 each, those smaller portions seem like a fair exchange. Sushi is typically an expensive indulgence, so in these recessionary times, being able to satisfy our cravings for just $2.50 or $3.50 a roll feels like a real steal. Even when faced with a somewhat confused waiter, the affordable prices make it worthwhile. Just sit back, and don't be surprised if the management stops by to apologize for any delays caused by your server's mistakes!
Overrated. I heard about this place from some friends and was eager to give it a try—multiple times, in fact—but it didn’t live up to the hype. The sushi is mediocre at best; nothing spectacular, especially considering the prices. They do offer a happy hour where selected sushi and some drinks are half off, but the service was disappointing. My waiter forgot my drink, and when he finally brought it, it wasn't good at all. For this price range, there are at least ten other Japanese restaurants I can think of that serve much better food. I don't plan on returning here.
