Chick-fil-a - Irvine

Everything there is good and they have great customer service. The only downside is the prices are through the roof.

Good not great. Staff seem lackadaisical and wont travel up line to take orders in drive thru. They 'll wait for you to come to them and it cause significant back ups at times. The re-designed drive thru is a much needed improvement. The food is top tier (for a chick-fil-a). Same problem as other locations with high prices. You can eat at a sit down restaurant for the same price at $20+ per person for a large meal here.

So the burger came with only the Chicken and bread, really not even mayonnaise or anything else. Jack in the box here I

Changing my review on this location.We are so disappointed. On Thursday, we went to grab something to eat after all of 4 kids got out of school, after waiting on the drive thru for almost 20 minutes when they were going to take our order they told us there is no more chicken sandwiches, and they made us wait behind all the others cars for an additional 15 minutes, we asked to speak with a manager and Dulce came to talked to us with a bad attitude then we asked to speak with an area manager and she walked away not caring, when we passed by the window we asked the cashier's for corporates number and it 3 times before we got it and she just mocked us.We spend about $100.00 plus per week and we will not be coming back to this location.Maybe an area manager can contact me if they truly read the reviews.The management for this store needs to be replaced and read the reviews from other customers.....Chick-Fil-A is a great company but with employees like this are worse than McDonald's .....Let see if management cares.....
