Pizza Hut - Iron Mountain

Yesterday evening for dinner for my family of 3. it seems that this restaurant still short workers from our last visit a few months ago. that means I appreciate that I could get a good warm meal that I didn't have to cook. we waited for about 10 minutes to sit on the inside, as there was a little stow in the vicinity of the door. we waited a little longer for our drinks than normal, but when I saw that our server passed the counter to check other customers, I was not upset. as someone who worked in the customer service industry and was one of the employees, while short workers I know first hand that the currency of a small gnade can make a customer service person the day. the food was delicious, and even if they were short served, dominic (I think his name was wonderfully helpful).

Wow, my daughter and i had a great experience. we dined inside, and our food was hot and delicious! our waitress, Angel, was absolutlely wonderful and had a great smile. would recomend to anyone. thanks 10/10!!!

Employee who had to attend to my dash delivery order request impolite, clearly and loudly, stating I 'm not telling her anything, you do it referring to the cook telling her to let me know he was boxing the order.

The smell of sewer coming from the bathrooms was so strong we could smell it at our table! One trip to the salad bar was almost $5, and there was hardly anything on it. Pizza had very little toppings and almost no cheese. Don't waste your money or time.

Took my family to the Hut on 8/5/22 . It takes a lot for me to leave negative feed back or any feed back for that matter.But our dine in experience was a complete embarrassment, an a waist of an appetite . We get seated,they take our order two large pan pizzas one sprite ,one water,one pepsi one mountain dew.Instead we get two large hand tossed pizza 's (no idea how you mess that up seems how the server is standing there writing it down)and my son ends up wearing his sprite on his lap.An that 's just the start of it,after waiting forever for or food an d drink we asked for the check the server said ok I will get that for you instead she goes an starts making pizza boxes so after waiting for at least 15 min which seemed like an eternity . I get the check after repeated asking. Low an behold that 's wrong too,don 't recall ordering any beers seems how I am not a drinker.Agiane 10 min of my life I will never get back.upon paying I was asked how my dinning experience was I said Realy you never changed the pizza order or even attempted to make things right.Needless to say I didn 't leave tip and I paid 57 dollars to what? Hoping most of my payment goes to propper Taining
