Service is amazing here. They'll bring a tray of different cuts of meat to your table and you can decide which one you want to order. They'll bring you different type of salsas. be very careful with the light green one. If you don't use to spicy hot foods, this salsa really hurts. the other ones were more tolerable for me. Select you preferred cut of meat and enjoy your perfectly cooked meat. The tenderloin comes on a solid slab of salt rock, which makes it more tasty, however the rib-eye steak didn't come with the salt rock and it lacked some taste. the interior is very nice and atmosphere is very classy. It's literally one of the best services that I've ever received. I didn't expect such a good restaurant in a mall. highly recommend this place.

Great place for a nice personal dinner or business group. It seems like there were 4-5 parties of local business people there, including one from the same company as me. The food was delicious. It is meat-heavy, but we knew that going in. You can order individual dishes, but for a large party, it was really fun just to have boards of meat on the table and share around. The second floor and open layout were great. No street noise and plenty of fresh air. The service was pretty good. We had a difficult time getting the attention of a server at one point, but the place was really busy then. But in general keeping drinks full was not a problem. And when dishes were served, the tableside service was great.

This is a high end restaurant and one does not expect to get sick here. I spent over $400USD and did not eat the Tomahawk steak and mushrooms and spinach that my colleagues did. Both were very sick that evening and this morning. I am very disappointed. I've been told that here we really can't get a remedy for this though I would like to put this forewarning out. In Queretaro. To be fair, I've had two previous wonderful meals here so expected the same.
