Mermaid - Ipswich

Very pleasantly surprised that we had an overnight stay, our room was clean and comfortable the staff friendly and helpful. we had a birthday party in the pub we were a party of sixteen eight were children of service and quality of food was excellent, the young friendly co-workers made it a party to remember we are looking forward to our next visit.

Had a great time at the mermaid. The staff was l very Friendly! Absolutely immaculate throughout! The pub next door was scrummy! With a excellent choice from the menu. I would recommend this hotel and pub/restaurant 100% and would return on my next visit to Ipswich..

Stayed here last night. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, also hairdryer, TV and free wifi. No complaints whatsoever. Lovely breakfast included. Staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

A lovely meal I had a carvery very fresh hot and tasty excellent value my husband and don had the burgers which were also delicious the young lady serving our table told me to go and get carvery just before the other meals arrived so we all ate together which was nice great service great food looking forward to returning thank you to all the staff highly recommend a visit

I can't recommend this place enough. Excellent value for money. Room was nice clean and tidy. Air conditioning on too. We were there for Elton John concert at Portman road, about 10 min walk. Breakfast was great too included in the price. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
