Frankie And Benny's Ipswich Nacton Road

Very cold building, all customers had coats on! Ordered Arabiatta and it had the wrong pasta which was overcooked, could not taste the flavours as it just tasted of chilli. Very disappointing apart from the waiting staff were lovely.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. We hadn't booked a table but were found a table. Excellent food in a welcoming restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic meal (lunch) at Ipswich, first class service by the excellent Katie who appeared to be doing everything ! Well done chef too! We’ll be back soon!

Decided to go here as have not been on a very long time. Terrible service, had to ask to order drinks. Waited ages for food and drinks. Meal was below average.

Just want to say, wow frankies new menu is looking really good! So much has changed! me and my friends had a really nice time, food was great specially the chicken ndja fettuccine so much flavours! good job
