Bella Napoli - Ipswich

The portions of pasta at this restaurant are generous and reasonably priced. The chips are also a standout item for an Italian restaurant. I highly recommend trying the penne al pasquale.

Rude man and yelled at me and my mate to leave for bringing our own drinks (sparkling water we didn’t want anything sugary). Tried to explain it to the man but he wasn’t caring nor wanted to explain his reasoning. At least tell us nicely without having to yell at us in front of others. It was just awkward for everyone, we were left confused and awkward, the customers were left shocked and awkward and the other staffs were left shocked and awkward. We never had this problem here before so what gives? If you asked us nicely, we would had told you the reason why we didn’t want anything sugary.

I visit the Woodbridge Road Bella Napoli every Saturday evening. I telephone though an order, and usually it is waiting for me on my arrival. Personally, I am not a great lover of Pizzas and if it were not for Bella Napoli, I would not buy one anywhere else. The food is fantastic, and I can only describe the staff that run the takeaway as professional and friendly and as some of the nicest people I have ever met. It is a pleasure to collect my order. During the pandemic it has become the highlight of the week, enjoying the pizza with a bottle of red wine. In normal times we often book a table and take friends out for an inexpensive evening which includes wine and beer. There is a varied Italian menu, something for everyone. We have visited all three of the Bella Napoli restaurants and the above comments apply to all three.

Bella napoli never disappoints about taste and quality. they can see that their order is made fresh, and the service is excellent. was really excited to notice bella napoli 2 in my neighborhood. we will definitely visit again and perhaps try to fight me away from the order of another beautiful calzone and try a risotto. or maybe both!
