Bidrage med feedbackI was with my 11 yo grandson and we wanted to grab something quick for lunch on the way home. It was about 1230pm and there were at least 10-15 cars in line. I told my grandson we would wait 15 minutes then go somewhere else if the line wasn't moving very fast. The drive-through staff cleared the backlog in about 12 minutes and we had our food (which was great) in 15 minutes and on our way home. Very efficient.
I love Wendy's. Always have a positive experience with this one. In November they release a key fob for free mini frostys for the next year. Only $2! I get one for each set of keys and for anyone who takes care of my daughter as a gift.
I have shown up at around 7:20 am or so and always have to wait for coffee, they start making it when I order it. It is fresh but I would think making coffee would be one of the first things you make in the morning

$21 is too much to spend for a 12 minute wait, two cold burgers, soft cold fries, and the wrong drink. Drive thru had NO other cars in it and we still were told to wait before ordering. Staff seemed confused as to how get drinks (and they don't carry tea w/o sugar? In the time it took to get our order they could have dropped fresh baskets of fries... but served cold ones instead. The drive thru employee was friendly and is the only reason you get 2 stars. Get your act together I.C. you're giving Wendy's a bad rep!
