However, they did say that there was an hour long wait for online orders the night before, so make sure to order ahead if you intend to go online. I sat outside and it was beautiful and worked out well.
I really like this restaurant. The person who was taking orders today clearly didn't know the store menu. I've order a kids meal with cauliflower noodles and she said they didn't over cauliflower noodles on kids meals and I had to show point it out to her that was yes an option. When I got to my table I've seen they gave me zucchini noodles with my shrimp scampi when I did not order zucchini noodles. When I went back to request a refund (I was late for an appt and would not have time to have my order remade) she said the shrimp scampi was only served with zucchini noodles. Once again I had to point it to her that the shrimp scampi was also offered under classic noodles. I did get my refund. I don't know if she was new to the store ¯ (ツ) ¯
Five stars for great customer service. I have never had an issue with anything I have ordered from Noodles Co in the past, but on my most recent visit I was not pleased with what I ordered. The way the manager handled the matter made me want to return in the future. Kudos to the manager, Jacob, and the rest of the Noodles Co crew.
I order Noodles at least once a week (for a year now) and have always had a good experience. From the staff to the food, it's all been good! I've only had two errors in my order within that time and they made it right quickly and politely! The gnocchi is my favorite!
Placed an order through the app. Delivery driver cancels (DoorDash shocking, I know). I get an email telling me to call the store because my order was canceled. Call the store. Girl says she issued a refund which will take God knows how long to clearmy bank and I now have to re place my order so it get re assigned to a new driver and my food that?s already sitting there willeventually be delivered. Two forty dollar charges til the refund clears? No thank you. I ask if I can just have the food sincethe problem was on their end. Nope, I have to reorder. I told her to keep it. I?m going to stop trying at this location.
