The Invermere Bakery

When I was diagnosed with zöliakie, my diätian told me about this bakery, because I knew that I would miss hot dogs in the summer and they are not the same without buns! I drove today 1.5 hours to get the gluten-free bread, hotdog rolls and hamburger rolls and they are the best I ever had for gluten-free baking. as they don't even know, it's not really brot. I wasn't even sick and I'm super sensitive to gluten contamination, so I would say they take the right precautions for everything they have. love this bakery!

The gf brot tastes amazing. but they bake regular brot and gf brot on the same day in the same room. unfortunately my little guy got sick.

The bread is the best gluten free bread anywhere. The gf coffee cake is next level in gf baking. If you are celiac you need to stop here and stock up. You will not be disappointed. I drive here for 2 hours just to purchase my bread. I love this place! I am a celiac and have never had any issues ever at this bakery. I have eaten their bread for three years.

Amazing French bread!! Great options!! Our son wants to go back and bring lofts to freeze.
