Amaya - Ingolstadt

This restaurant is a cooperation with cocoon ingolstadt or is operated by cocoon ingolstadt. but amaya ingolstadt has a different menu. What I liked is that they have selected all vegetarian menus. I think they can all veganize them, but unfortunately there was no whole vegan sushi menu. I tried this (only main dish and a soultangsalat. the main dish is a typical Chop-Suey menu as they would find at any Asian spot, but the seatangsalat was very delicious. but make sure that they leave the salat dressing, I thought it would be just altogether (see picture.) the interieur is very nice, there was also a table sitting on the floor in the corner! the location is next to the library, which in a smaller street of the city center, so very quiet. updated by previous review on 2021-08-18

Nice restaurant. Main vegan meal was delicious and quite large. Would recommend eating here. Maybe you need to call in advance for a reservation because it was pretty crowded on a weekday.

Almost any vegetarian sushi can be ordered as a vegan. Presentation is beautiful.

The main dish is a typical Chiop-Suey menu as you would find at any Asian meeting place, but the Seeweed salad was very delicious. But make sure they leave the salad dressing, I thought it was only algae (see picture). The interior is very nice, there was also a table on the floor to sit in the corner!
