I ordered the sausage egg croissant combo with a caramel ice regular coffee. Everything was good except my caramel ice coffee regular has a plastic bag in my cup. I bought this at 8:30am.

So I came in through drive thru I unfortunately didn't ask for the gentleman's name because I felt that was a bit weird but he was working night maybe 8 or 9pm and he was SO professional. His customer service was on point I know fast food is rough but his attitude was contagious very bubbly guy hope he's being treated well by Jack in the box! Food was fine it wasn't cold got our order 100% right even made sure we had napkins something a lot of spots seem to forget

This is my always go to for fast service at Manchester/Crenshaw. There always very pleasant and accommodating and both indoor and outdoor is very clean. I alwaysuse the app for my orders and l've never had to wait while going to the window.
