Settlers Tavern - Ingle Farm

We (family of four) have been here a few times and each time was a very good experience. the personal smiles always and the place has a nice relaxed feeling. eating was always on site, good little salatable. one I would do is in a second computer for the poor coworkers to take meal orders. there was a rather remarkable line twice when it is time to order food.

Showed up there last night (aug 5th). the service was great, went the extra mile. my wife had the coconut chicken breast and loved her. she rarely finds a meal she enjoys, so that was a big plus. that is unfortunately the end of the good to perform. I hire the king fish and expected a wonderful experience. looks like fish finger and chips, and some of them was dry, probably overcooked. I should have gone with the porterhouse. I was also trying to try the bark vindaloo, but it should have been real. I enjoy coming to dinner with my partner. I had so far a wonderful experience in settlers regarding eating and his service. eating is quite nice: can not wait to taste their curries!

So impressed by the settlers since their latest upgrade. eating has improved enormously, the atmosphere is much more beautiful and it is now a hive of activity most evenings. this place has gone from terrible to fab in a few months. had it ever tried and hated? So we took it seriously, another shot! so happy, we don't have to travel to teebaum gully to get a decent meal!

Really poor.. Always went here because it had a nice salad and veggie bar plus soup. Was always busy with the locals and the elderly who enjoyed the salad soup and veggies. Now they have gotten rid of the self serve bits and gone to straight meals only. The pricing has gone up and the food quality gone down. We went for Friday lunch and the place was practically deserted. The new menu is limited of variety. Won't be going back.
