Burger King - Ingersoll

We visited this restaurant in Bowmanville. The food is similar to what you would find at other Burger King locations.

I have stopped by this Burger King twice while traveling on the highway because I was craving a milkshake from their menu. Both times were months apart, and unfortunately, the shake machine was still not working. Additionally, the kitchen is always running behind schedule. I feel sorry to leave this negative review, but it is necessary for others to know.

I think a multi-national corporate franchise such as this has a known overall experience 'built-in'. Which is what makes it good; ie. you know generally what you will get and the pricing structure.The only thing that makes it bad is when the restaurant is run improperly and quality suffers. BK has been very good with consistent quality in my experience.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, very friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the burger as it seemed to be overcooked and dry. I haven't had a Whopper in years so I'm not sure if this is normal for them.
