Bidrage med feedbackMy friends ordered the hot grass jelly dessert and the potted plant drink, while I chose the milky green tea. The prices for the drinks were reasonable, ranging from $3 for a small size to $4.50 for a large one. We all enjoyed our drinks, especially the potted plant drink, which was not only adorable but also delicious with oreo crumbs and mint garnish. The milky green tea was delightful with a layer of frothy salted cream on top. However, I deducted two stars for the extended wait times and inadequate staffing. It took us around 30 minutes to receive our drinks, and our friend had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her dessert. Throughout our two-hour stay, we noticed dirty dishes piling up on nearby tables as the waitresses seemed overwhelmed and spent more time on their phones than clearing tables. Better time management and more efficient service could greatly improve the customer experience at Cafe 18.
The Potted Plant Milk Tea was visually appealing and tasted delicious with the cookie crumbs mixed in. The Taiwanese burger had a more traditional taste compared to JJ's, with onions instead of cucumber and less sauce. The Tater Tots weren't my favorite, unless you're in need of a potato-based breakfast. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place, but if I'm in the area and looking for a quick breakfast, I would stop by.
