Wendy's - Indianapolis

Every time I get to this location leandra and the rest of her crew always via a satisfying service. I've been coming here for months and usually bought some sandwiches for my grandfather and the people in his nursing home. always love to come to this place and hope that they and the rest of their crew will be rewarded!

Service is usually pretty fast here! The drive through is forever long at lunch though I would recommend to go inside for lunch. And there are a couple of hot girls working behind the counter through the week anyway!

Long line,moved fast. 4 for 4 no choice of sandwich but still a great value. I'm diabetic so I need a small meal,just right. Dining and restroom very clean.

Went to this wendys location today, after work. Food was cold. They was not accepting debit cards in drive-thru. I asked for honey mustard, the young man at the 1st window said he got me, but didn't have it in my bag. Dude in the second window was rude, had ear phones in his ear. So unacceptable in the restaurant field n trying to hand customers. These younger generation don't know how to give great customer service. Yall need to get it better at this location. I will not be spending my money here.

Just ordered from here and this woman with a huge attitude and with pink hair slammed the window in our face for trying to figure out where our second sprite was and she said we weren't rung up for the second sprite for our meal and she gave us the biggest attitude for the mistake THEY made. What a joke. UPDATE: just looked at the receipt and they DID charge us for the second sprite. So this lady got upset at me for her confusion.
