The Legend Irvington Cafe

I had a wonderful time there. They were there for the first time and noticed that they had a paper sheet for tablecloths that they changed after each session, and I appreciate it so much. They have Plexiglas in rooms to separate parties. The food was delicious my favorite was the Caesar salad and I had the riceling.

I was now twice at The Legend Cafe, and on both occasions I was more than impressed. The atmosphere makes either a dress-up dinner or a relaxing meal with friends. The selection of dishes is diverse and always delicious. And for the amount of food and the price it is a great value. Recommend this restaurant.

I had an exquisite experience eating lunch in The Legend today in Historic Irvington! The food was great, the constant service fantastic from the servers and the owners are such an amazingly catchy couple! My stand was comfortable and far from the dark, foggy day out! The food was always tasteful and cooked to taste... I can't say enough.

We chose this restaurant based on the reviews during a quick trip to Indy. The food is great, the ambience is original, and the prices are very reasonable. We tried several menu items, including the tomato soup (Yum), the kale Spinat Salat (Tender), the meat dust (as well as mother), Papa's chicken (delicious), plus Dessert's appetizers. If I lived in the area, I'd eat here twice a week. Seriously good food and great value.

We went to The Legend for dinner with a friend who recommended it to us and we were not disappointed! Very friendly and attentive staff and outstanding food! We tried the Zucchini Cakes and enjoyed every single bite. The meals are all fresh, tasty and definitely worth more than just one visit. Great food, comfortable atmosphere, reasonable prices and a good choice of vegan/vegetarian meals as well as domestic and foreign wines!
