Subway - Indianapolis

Little Chinese lady was rude! Acted like she didn’t really wanna serve me! So I took my money elsewhere..won’t get my hard earned money

I enjoy this restaurant for many reasons. The menu is easy to understand. The staff always makes me feel welcome. My wife works at Wal-Mart where the restaurant is located, so it is convenient for us. The service is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. It is a good place to relax, read, or check emails. Overall, I would give it 8 out of 11 stars.

I had a rush catering order ready for pick up at 9:45 am. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the lady on Friday night and the Indian couple in the morning. Thank you very much. I will definitely be returning.

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered a veggie delight and informed the young lady that I am vegetarian. She kindly went to wash the knives she would be using, thoroughly cleaned the counter, and wiped down the inside of the oven. She was friendly, polite, and efficient, and the sub from Subway was delicious. Thank you for your professionalism.

The restaurant is exceptional. The customer service is always top-notch. Keep up the excellent work.
