Papa Johns Pizza - Indianapolis

Was on hold for 45 minutes to cancel my order after seeing a 2 hour delivery time, and on one ever picked up. Very unprofessional staff .

I asked my wife to order today as I was watching the game and thought it would be nice to have. Wow was I wrong. There were hardly any toppings on it, the pizza was under cooked and not done in the center, and way over priced. I wanted thin crust but that wasn't an option anymore. I think we have ordered our last Papa Johns. Bring back Papa John. It was great when he was at the helm. Now it just plain sucks.

Not worth time or effort. Called one store to order and just finding out that it's sent to a call center. The person I spoke with said it would be 14 minutes for delivery and finding out it's 74 minutes for delivery. That's ridiculous. Not all stores have the same pricing. Each store sets their own price.

We have ordered several paintings since last year we moved into the opposite and deliver the best papa johns we have ever tasted. I was never overly impressed by papa johns pizza until this location eats. some reviews made during the worst pandemic can be a little unfair and maybe some reviews are far too high. many companies struggled to adapt to the challenges that have been put in the last two years, and of course the prices are rising everywhere. after several quality orders, I can tell definitiw that this location makes a great work and their drivers were also excellent and friendly!
