We went with 4 grandchildren the service was good and the eating was good. the sweet mais and maisbrotbiscuits were a hit.

We had reservations for our party of 6 and when we arrived on time, we were told that they did not have a table for us and that we would need to wait up to 90 minutes. I spoke to a manager and expressed my disappointment at their approach to reservations. I suggested that they should have looked ahead and been prepared for our arrival. The manager said she was covering for someone else and acknowledged that the front end staff had not handled our reservation appropriately. I asked if they could move two 4-tops together and accommodate us? I pointed out that when we arrived, they actually had two 4-tops available, but the front end staff seated walk-ins in those tables while telling us to wait up to 90 minutes. The manager said she would make it work. Within about 40 minutes we were seated. Once we were seated, it took nearly another 15 minutes for a server to approach us. When the food arrived, the corn was cool, and the meat was just barely warm. And they did not bring out the food for one of our party. So they had to take his order again. So he ate his food after the rest of us were finished. They did end up comping his meal. On balance I would have to say that this was not a good experience. I will not return. For $90 plus tip, this was not a good value.

Our reservation was not ready. The front host looked as if she forgot our reservation. We had to sit wait few mins. Seated 6 adults at small round table. The host or server had no rapport with us just served. No personality. The food was changed from when we had been there before. Small portions. The entire atmosphere was different. We won’t be back with reservations.

Service was efficient and friendly. Food was overpriced. It was not busy but entrees came before we finished the appetizers (I hate that). Food was good but chicken skin was not crisp at all.

It was a terrible experience. We had made a 6:00pm reservation via OpenTable and arrived a few minutes before 6:00. Upon arrival, we informed the host that we had a reservation and he advised us to wait. We approached the podium again around 6:20 to remind him that we had a reservation for 6:00. At that time, he told us that they weren’t accepting reservations through OpenTable (even though we were able to make said reservation) and that we’d have to wait another 40 minutes. Needless to say, we left prior to being seated and went to Smokey Bones down the road, we’re instantly seated and enjoyed a phenomenal dinner.
