Church's Chicken - Indianapolis

I enjoy fried chicken, on occasion I enjoy not having to fix it myself. Unfortunately on this trip they appeared to be overwhelmed at this location. The chicken was badly overdone, dried out and hard. I am hoping it was just a bad day. The pictureis what I prepared myself since I couldn't eat theirs.

On February 24th at 4:00pm (during a peak time), I placed a large order at the restaurant. Everything was accurate, fresh, and delicious! The drive-thru employee was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The exceptional customer service was a rare find and greatly appreciated.

The food at this restaurant was outstanding. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the honey butter biscuits were delicious. The macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes were also perfect. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the restaurant far exceeded my expectations.

I had a fantastic experience at this Church's Chicken location. While many other locations lack good service, the staff here was nice and efficient. The chicken was delicious, as always, and it was clear that they used fresh oil instead of reusing old oil like many other places do to save money.

I wish the W Washington St store was closer because I don't want to have to drive to 10th St to avoid eating burnt up KFC chicken. However, with that being said, can we please remember my mashed potatoes next time?
