Bidrage med feedbackDespite there being only 4 cars ahead of me, I had to wait 15 minutes to place my order and then had to wait another 10 minutes to receive my food.
I often come to this restaurant because of its convenience. My experiences here range from really bad to okay, depending on the day and the staff working. Today, my order was a bit wrong and my snackin' bacon was burnt. Despite being polite, I was met with pushback and negative attitudes. It felt like I was being blamed for the burnt bacon, which was unexpected. I didn't even ask for a replacement because I was worried the food might not be safe to eat and I didn't want to waste $3. In the future, I will be looking for another place to spend my money. As someone who works in customer service, I believe it's important to treat customers well or find another job. Not sure what else to say. #miserylovescompany
