Wendy's - Independence

What did I think? I knew it better than going to that Wendy's. The worst food in independence. I paid HOW MUCH for this dry, hot sandwich?

They have a service there eating was good the bathroom could be a little cleaner except that everything was in order.

One of the best fast food restaurants in the country always good quality quite everything is great employees could be improved to pleasant head wants cold pommes, but that was not a situation I have often experienced

Our food order was delivered correctly and on time to us in the drive. I gave him a four-star, because the first window was not functional and the device used the opposite as a store for what looked like to be plastic bread caddies. it made the establishment trashy look, although the coworkers presented and eating was delicious and well prepared. I suggest getting some signs to cover the windows.

They messed up my 1st order I was very understanding to it and went without I called the manager same night he put my name for a replacement I went back a week later the boys at the window had me sitting at the order screen and window to get service just ignoring the fact I was there waiting on them then when I said something about the drink he was going to forget he said something rude under his breath like I was bothering him.and the other crew member or manager said have a good night as smart as he could.customers wouldn't come back if the order was correct the 1st time. Be mad at you and your staff not us!
