Independence Wasabi was so accommodating to my grandmother surprise birthday party. I called the Beachwood site on March 18 to reserve a time for the 30th. On the 18th I was told you had to book the day and an hour before the time. Here's the catch, they lied. I called today just to say that they had the time I had reserved for two parties weeks ago. Now you can see where my sadness would come, I will never live... apply the Beachwood site again, they need serious retraining for their employees. Anyway, David the manager of independence was very... courteous, he told me to move my party to his location, and he would take care of us. David and his associates, gave my grandmother a wonderful first experience and a big 80 a little birthday. They sat fast and Willy gave us a good show! We are so grateful to the Independence site and become the new Wasabi at home! Thanks David and staff!

Independence staff were great from reservations to service to our hibachi Koch. Eating was excellent and servings were huge. We celebrated our anniversary with the family. Our 2 years old granddaughter was delighted with everything from koi in the lobby to the fire and delicious dinners

Had a wonderful experience when visiting family... shared with my husband and they charge a division fee of $6, but there are you soup and salad, it was worth it and could not eat all food even during sharing. Excellent!

The food was exceptionally well, due to yesterday being July 4th, my wife and I were the only ones there, the server was excellent,the chef that prepared our meal knew exactly what he was doing. We felt as though the entire staff catered to our every need, this wasn't our first definitely not the last time dining with you guys. Wonderful Service 10 Stars from us.
