Topgolf - Independence

Too busy to play serious golf. Cannot focus on hitting balls with all the activities going on around the building. The prices are too high for the value you get from it. Also, the hummus needs tahini in it to be called hummus, otherwise it is carrot puree for baby food!

The golf part was cool but it took 45 minutes to get our food. The hamburger was over cooked and the fries and tater tots were cold. The waitress put another order in and that took more time. My salad was good. We decided to eat before we go next time. Also I think they should tell people about the heaters cause we had no idea until the end and it was chilly the day we went.

We didn't have any food. But we had a great time with family.

Ordered a veggie tray with pita bread. The pita was burnt, I couldn't find a server, had to rip around it, but it tasted burnt.The heat was high, but not much was felt.Then finally a manager walked past us and didn't bother to ask how everything was, like they usually do. Until our last 5 minutes did a manager come over. When I asked the manager about it, she said it's not supposed to be burnt and the server should know not to serve it. But the manager didn't take that off the tab, and just apologized. I guess she had to protect her company profit.This round was not a good experience at all. The club handles were sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned.

Had a great time here on Friday afternoon. went around 12 and could only stay until 130, although we had a reservation. we had to go because the bay we were on had an event. I would have been happy if they would not book us in a book when they had an event in an hour after our arrival. we would have stayed longer. Just make sure there are no events on their bay before they start so they can spend as much time as they want.
