Three Pigs Bbq - Independence

I stopped here on my lunch break. Requested the burntend sandwich with fries. It was prepared within a couple of minutes. I got home and tore this sandwich up lol it was fire ?

Really good BBQ. Working out of a truck, Noland Road about 1 block from I70, in a strip mall.I had brisket. Delish!

The ribs were fall apart tender but I didn't taste the seasonings much the macaroni and cheese was delicious wish the beans had meat in them or some type of smoked taste but it was decent

I've never had a bad experience here. Typically I visit the Independence truck but if in LS and they're there will go to it too.

First BBQ place I've been to in the almost 20 years I've been in the Midwest that I didn't need the sauce to make the meat taste good. I got the coleslaw as my side. It reminded me of the coleslaw I grew up eating in NC. The guy that was working the window was very courteous and friendly. Will definitely be going back again.
