Kfc - Independence

I had a series of special order items and the crew has made a great job! They missed a little bit and fixed them without letting me feel bad. great job boy!

I bought a 12-part eating two kartoffels of the gravurbought an extra gravure and it should not come with coleslaw only had seven chicken pieces

We usually go to this place once a week, sometimes all 2 weeks. but I always order the 12 pieces. it comes with 3 large sides and cookies. I always get 8 stripes and 4 pieces huh. Yesterday evening the manager said that she could not ring it on these wise and refused to do it. it should come with half a gallon of soda. they didn't send it out, so I asked. the working young had to check if I was entitled to do so. after approx. 5 minutes he brought me one, but it was only about half full and had pop everywhere. until then I was finished and the family was hungry. what happens to my kfc? let us have a few customer service training people.

Don't trust their fries that you'll have a few old and some new, it's like a mix that tries to save money and not give them all fresh, and they don't put the chicken in the sauce as they should, they just give them a little splotch on the bungalow on the spicy hen again try to save money, but they invite them more

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been to In a long time. Chicken was chewy, the coleslaw had a bitter and bad aftertaste, customer service was slow and emotionless. Drink machine was out of a selection of beverages, and bathrooms were disgusting. I will NEVER return to this location. It tells a story about the owners and managers...AWEFUL
