Bidrage med feedbackWhen I had clear the girl on the headset and it was green while she flirted outside after 5 minutes she went in and took my order. I have paid them and got my food with taking the sprinkles. the okra and althea huh was not hot and she forgot some of my order. very disappointed about the service and eating.
Has not received the half of the order. ordered a meal deal to feed 4 there was missing 1 large side, 4 cookies, a gallon sweet tee, all diving sauce. self-application and serviettes. they were also deleted from the order. I paid over $60, good after delivery and tipp was over $70, not the half of the order received, so the delivery service credited me $5. fair? tries to call the load, great surprise no answer. If I weren't disabled, I'd get my money back. but it's me. So was I a properly treated customer or robbed?
Eating was in order, but not selling green beans than side. made of white heavy, the best is! mac n cheese warns the best, I remember it creamier. huh, maischekartoffeln were good and ocra good when its warm. biscuits soft, but more and more honey. the prices have risen since the last day, but this is now the normal. parking: parking not. drove thru. small parking space. but also a small dune in the opposite barrier: has wheelchair parking.
The internal kitchen was closed. eating was great, but I didn't care about the staff's attitude, no cutlery to eat their sides. no butter or anything for the cookie. the staff was young and more interested in their lives then the customer. They did not stop talking to each other to give us even our food. the food was great!
Not even worth a half a star. I work with mentally and physically disabled adults and they wanted church 's chicken for a treat because they dont have much money to go out whenever they want to. Its a friday evening and we ordered over the phone, went to pick up order and the ladies needed to split the bill in half do to both ladies eating and due to state, it needed to be fair, so splitting is the option. Never had an issue at any other food establishment before so didnt think anything of it. Well I was wrong. Went to pay and explained to the woman taking the payment that we needed to split the bill in half as best and as easy as possible. It didnt need to be exact but fair. She loudly said, I dont think that is possible, why does this need to be done , while being loud and rude, may I add huffing and puffing. I kindly told her in a softer voice because my consumers were in there with me the reason of having to do this. That didnt help anything I than asked for the manager, she came to the front and also was loud and rude and basically told me if we cant pay on one card were out of luck. Not only were my consumer confused they didnt understand why we were basically being yelled at and why they didn 't get to eat Church 's tonight. I am highly disappointed in they way we were treated in front of other customers. My family, friends, anyone I know for that matter will be informed of this and no longer will be eating their chicken again. HORRIBLE!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: One of my ladies was in a wheelchair, so brought her out in the rain might I add, into Church 's to be denied their dinner!
