Buffalo Wild Wings - Independence

Terrible customer service. our eating took almost 2 hours to get out, and when it did, the order of a chicken sandwich with speck and pickles was wrong. we asked to repair it and the server was extremely rude. when she came back, she brought the speck and hit him on the table. still no pickles, still terrible service.

This place is in no hurry to sit, take her order, serve her food or even take her money. from the time we took our order, it took 45 minutes to get out of the food. when we finished eating our food, it took 20 minutes to get a ticket. After we got our ticket, it took 25 minutes before they took my card and made me pay for my meal. there is no excuse for this on a day/time that is not particularly busy. I shouldn't feel like I'm kept hostage on my table. I understand that there are quite short employees everywhere, but I had much better service served in commercial restaurants with fewer people. it is extremely rare that I do not leave a tipp because everything I expect is for a waitress to do her job and I will like to tap 25%-30 on it. but this was one of those times when not only the server did not meet this basic standard, but the entire staff as a whole did not meet this standard. a order of wings and fries is not a meel that takes almost 2 hours in total to the entire process of ordering, eating and paying, especially if it is not packed and it is not a playag.

I've delivered this cold. missing majority of the order. also found a whole spring in boneless wings. this place is disgusting. never order from there again. food: 1/5

This location is filthy and run down! They can’t even clean the menu in between guest using them. The menu I was handed was covered in sauce from a previous guest. The booth that we got seated at is torn up with holes in the seat. Very disappointing I would recommend going else where

We had about four people ignore us when we walked in before anyone even acknowledged us. when someone finally did, they asked us about having ids for us to sit down in there and eat. i didn’t have mine on me at the moment but my boyfriend (who was 21) did. even with this they refused to seat us saying independence is enforcing a curfew. we weren’t getting any drinks just eating. so we left. i thought maybe there really was a curfew but still we tried another sit down restaurant near the area, and what a shocker, they didn’t ask us about ids. and when we asked, they seemed confused and said they knew nothing about a curfew and would only need id for drinks. we were lied to because they couldn’t serve us or didn’t want to. very disappointing. also very understaffed.
