Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, And Casino

Pleasantly surprised after not being here for 45 years. What stood out the most to me was the food at the breakfast buffet and the top quality, excellent dinner at The Eagles Nest restaurant. One of the top meals I have had. Ribeye excellent, Chilean Sea Bass excellent, Salmon excellent. All cooked to perfection. My compliments to the chef's and their management.

I dissatisfied the service provided by your employees. Very bad service. I will never stay at your resort again. You need to train your employees to be professionals or you will lose your customers like you lost me. Employees were very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend your resort to my friends and family.

The Hyatt Lake Tahoe is amazing- we enjoy the rooms in the cottages- by the lake- but have stayed in others- all are wonderful! It is so nice to walk to beach, pool, dining- very convenient. The views are the best and it is Lake Tahoe! The service is the first class- they really do go the extra steps in all they do- from dining to housekeeping to valet and shuttle- very professional and friendly- We have stayed here before and keep returning!

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort was amazing. The private beach was awesome, and so was the pool. We will definitely be returning next summer. Great place for a couples trip or a family trip. Clean rooms and staff was great as well.

Visited the restaurant on a day trip. Seated at a table virtually on the beach. The view was perfect. We met friends there for an early afternoon meal. The service was good but the food was just average. I expected more considering the prices. $40 for a somewhat dry sandwich and a small plate of fries was a bit much. We won't be back.
