Jollibee Foods Corporation - Incheon

This cashier named DAH OR DHA gave me all order wrong and even have a wrong way of serving costumers. I even tell her repeatedly that I want to order Tuna pie na di maanghang but she gave me 2 spicy and 1 original. I was so sad because I dont eat spicy food. And She ask me to sit and wait for my food but while waiting I saw her assistant preparing the order of the costumer after me. They did not assemble my food even its already there in the tray. At first nakita kona din ugali nya nung nalagay ko yung bayad sa tray at hindi dun sa lagayan ng pera.Masyado walang charm at me di nag smile. paramg kakabahan ka sa aproach nya naalala ko tuloy yung striktang teacher ko nung highschool.Naging jollibee cashier na din ako dati at number one is always smile sa costimer pero sakanya parang matatakot ka.Tpaus yung nag aasist sa kanya sabe pa dipo sya may kasalanan ako kase ako nag sesrrve any yun???? poor service JOLLIBBEE PAMPLONA ZAPOTE ROAD.

They are only after the money and not customer satisfaction. All the requests were not granted. I requested not to put wings and legs part but they still served it. The delivery was late for 14 minutes but they did not even offered a gift voucher.

One of the worst customer service ever. They are slow in taking orders and they misplace orders most of the time. They made me wait 30 minutes because they gave my order to a different person and they were very unapologetic about it. They didn't even say sorry. This happens to me a lot of times which forced me to create a Zomato account just to give them a bad review. I hope their management sees this and fix their bad service.

Good solid jollibee branch. Met someone for a toy trade here. Clean. Aircon was cool despite the crazy heat guard was alert. Parking was available. Upstairs was kept closed despite the tables filling up. But the downstairs was just about right with just a little bit of waiting for some diners for ipen tables.

I understand that they cater to a lot of kids which explains the somewhat sticky floor but the lighting could use some brightening up. It's gloomy for a place that's supposed to be jolly. They were out of chicken the few times that I ordered chicken joy via drive thru. No complaints about the food Jollibee is Jollibee.
