Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I walked in and there were two employees working and no other customers in the restaurant. Neither of the employees acknowledged us in any way. One kept cleaning and the other kept making a sandwich that must have been for a mobile order. We continued standing there for a couple of minutes and neither of them even looked our direction. We finally told the girl making the sandwich that we were ready to order and she said oh, well I 'm still making a sandwich. Which would have been perfectly fine if at some point she had at least made eye contact or said I 'll be right with you . Terrible customer service. Didn 't get her name.
First and foremost, not necessarily to the actual employee, even though you were reading from the receipt and making the sandwich on the piece of paper, I guess if I had a line of people waiting and was the ONLY employee working, I'd probably lose the ability to read under pressure too. But who in their right mind schedules ONE person every weekend? Not only did I wait for over 25 minutes when my online order said it was done when I got there, the wait would have been fine had I been given the right sandwich! Idk if you think you're saving money by not hiring or only scheduling one person on the weekends but in the 25 minutes I was sitting there at least 4 people got out of line and just left. I'm done with Subway, overpriced sandwiches and not even getting your own order if this were a one time thing then I understand, but idk how many times this has happened already.I will say, if you have no idea what you want to eat, just place an order and see what you get, it's like russian roulette with other people's orders.
The guy two people making sandwiches were super cool and had personality
Don’t order through the mobile app. The order comes out wrong or they never received the order. You’re better off walking in and getting your meal. Service is always good when we go in.
I ordered two meals online, one of the sandwiches was completely missing any of the veggies and sauces ordered, and there was only half of a scoop of meat. The second meal was completely missing any chips or soda. I don 't know if the worker was new, but I 'm definitely not coming back.Edit: Honestly, the best experience I 've had here is meh the worst has been this. The sandwiches were just horrible. Not the right bread, wasn 't toasted, no cheese, no sauce, no seasoning, it looked pitiful; like what you 'd give a dog Dog-wich would be the name of this novelty dog food that Subway serves
