I placed an order through the app, had some other issues which resulted in me getting there 20 minutes after I placed the order, when I got there, my order was already made and had most likely been sitting for 15 minutes, the girl at the counter remade my shakes, but then my fries were cold and my chicken was old. I asked her to replace the fries, which she did, but I didn’t cause an issue about the chicken. There was a family ahead of me who stood at the counter for about 5 or so minutes before anyone came over to take their order. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this jack in the box either. Do better.
