Cremeria Cavour - IMOLA

We went by chance and took a granita to the fishing more whipped cream and a cone to the fruit of the passion: we were amazed by taste and freshness. The whipped cream was perfect with taste, temperature and consistency. We also tasted the focaccia but it was disappointing, a packaged product turns out to be out of place in that genuine paradise. The overall judgment is however excellent, the best ice cream in the area along with Gusto Antico di Castel San Pietro Terme.

Since we discovered Cavour, my girlfriend and I always go there to get ice cream. In addition to the more classic flavors, there are other original and unique flavors. They are all very creamy and tasty! The wafer is artisanal, and the cone one can be found both classic and cocoa. There is also a wide variety of bases that can be added to the bottom of the cone: milk chocolate, white chocolate, black cherry and pistachio pesto! The staff is nice and very kind, and at the same time very professional.
