Les Fourchettes - Igé

On a 5 minute walk from Chateau d'Igé you'll find this lovely place. Food in one word is perfect! Make sure you try the pizzas!

We had dinner here on a Friday evening outside of the tourist season. The place was very calm. Next to pizza's they have a very limited choice. We picked two dishes anyway, a bit fearing the result. But we were absolutely wrong: the dishes were well served and nice. The waitress was not very talkative.

What a pleasure to stop in this restaurant without pretentious but pleasant. Delicious pitza home of course. Wonderful Tatin. Chef and warm service. I highly recommend

I advise, quantity and quality are at the rendezvous, and the atmosphere is warm.

Certainly at the beginning, we wanted to have dinner at the restaurant with my wife but closed! We push the door of the pizzeria to take away and we ask the reason for this closure!!! The young and dynamic responsible for “The Forks” said to us: “we are sorry but we no longer have a waitress and we find no one to come to work.” In the absence of a server, they do everything with his wife to continue the “sale to take away” despite the “canoes who think a pizza is getting ready in 5’” and we sympathize with their current difficulties. We order 2 pizzas and to wait we order 2 glasses of exquisite white. It is once at home that we eat our pizzas that we have difficulty understanding because pizzas are excellent, tomato sauce is simply super good, quality ingredients all make the difference. Not only do I recommend but above all I would like as long as they can find a server(s) to be able to reopen the service to the restaurant bravo to you
