Panda Express - Idaho Falls

There was a long line, and it moved immediately. Service was fast prices appropriate. My favorite is the honey walnut shrimp. It was freshly tasting, hot and a nice portion. Perfect over roasted rice.

I avoid this restaurant because I have had bad experiences a few years ago. I was pleasantly surprised this time. The food was good. There were many possibilities. The staff was fast and efficient. I'll go back there

It's Panda Express. Nothing terrible, but nothing great. The staff is not very warm, but it is again fast food and can no longer expect. The food was okay, but seemed for such a short line, they had problems getting the order in the window. If you're in a hurry, I'd try somewhere else. If you really need the MSG repair, no bad option. Remember that every time I was last year, prices continue to rise and food remains the same. Dunno how much longer the costs outweigh my demand and I stop going.

Love this place. The honey sesame chicken is the bomb!

The one time we ate at this location our food was overly spicy. After eating it and being dissatisfied with it, we called in to inquire about it. They had apparently over spiced the food and offered us a free meal the next time we came in within a certain period of time. A couple of weeks later we decided to take advantage of that and went in to get our food. We were able to get the deal and the food quality that time around tasted great so no complaints there. However, we did notice the behavior of the manager towards his employees. Not sure if it was the manager or the assistant manager but he was very condescending to his employees and talked down to them on several occasions. Walked around with his nose down at his fellow employees. Came across as the type of guy that has a strong ego about his positon that he only obtained most likely because of years of experience and the general manager had no other choices due to the employee issues that have been dealt with lately in every workplace. We found his behavior highly unprofessional and will not support this restaurant in the future. Will plan on going to the other location in Ammon that we have always had great experiences at.
