Bidrage med feedbackI absolutely love dutch bros but i am disappointed with the walk up service. I ordered and sat there for 30 minutes. I had to get up and ask about my drink to find out it had been just sitting there. It tastes awful; completely watered down. The three customers in front of me also had to ask about their drinks just to find out they had also been sitting there getting watered down. They prioritize the drive thru and dont pay attention to the walk up. I think it would of just been better to make coffee at home then to pay for a watered down coffee.
My kids love their speciality drinks. Although a favorite is the carmel ones. So much so that one of them wanted to work there but the hiring process is very strange.
This experience is always an excellent one. The employees are always delightful. The beverages are on point. Other food service providers should take notes on what service should be.
The service was good but I wasn't a fan of the coffee and neither were the other two that I ordered for. The fact that I can't order a double shot in the dark is pretty lame also.
This coffee company is well worth the detour off of the interstate. I chose to park my car and use the walk up window during their shift change. It didn?t affect the customer service I received and the beverage itself was really good. This location has a great atmosphere with its staffing and the location itself was easy to find. They accept card, cash or Apple Pay via their app.
