Dutch Bro's Coffee - Idaho Falls

This is a general Dutch bro review and not this particular store. I wanted to give it 1 star but didn’t want the location to look bad. It’s the point system. I get within 4 or 5 points of a free drink and there’s a campaign points expiration. If you don’t buy coffee every day, Dutch bros reward system isn’t good. Go to Starbucks. Besides, it has more options and you can order online. Less chance of order being messed up.

They have hired new staff so it takes a bit longer due to training, but so worth it. Be patient, understand that they are learning just like you once did.

I'm a fan of Dutch bros coffee. Any of the stores we have been to the staff have al2ays been great and friendly. They always have great recommendations on drinks and they will make your drinks how ever you want even if uts a bit strange. And if your drink is up to what you order they fix it.
