The Pub - Ica

We should have known better. A dingy restaurant next to our tourist trap hotel, what could go wrong? We ordered the "menu del dis" on the chalkboard, soup, the same dish one with pollo one with lomo, and dessert. Our soups were Luke warm and different textures, one was runny, bland, and terrible, the other just okay. When we pointed out the difference the server shrugged it off. Our main courses came out and they were different dishes even though we ordered the same thing. Regardless they were decent. Dessert was an empty crepe with caramel sauce. We were the only customers in the restaurant, I would hate to see what happens if they get busy.

Muy lenta la atención. La comida estuvo buena, pedimos tequeños que son típicos de la zona. El ambiente está ok y es cercano a los hoteles.

They did extend happy hour beyond its usual hours, which was just as well as it may have made the terrible pizza taste slightly better. We arrived late at night & there weren't too many places open, but this place was still going. Good service, strong drinks, bad pizza.

We went on a Saturday night and so it was very busy. The wait for food was 50 minutes, but as we were strapped for options we held out. The food was not very good- bad pasta sauce- tastes cheap.Unfortunately huacachina is a tourist trap, and the restaurants reflect that.

Me encanta este lugar, he probado muchos platos de la carta, el menú es muy bueno y variado! Sin duda uno de los mejores en Huacachina!! Tienen que probar el maracuya sour (passion fruit sour)!! Recomendable!
