La Reine Jane - Hyères

Loved this small boutique hotel right at the small marina in hyeres very few rooms, fantastic dach terrace bar and excellent restaurant the staff are all very cool and helpful

This restaurant is a very good choice for a delicious, easy-going dinner! modern decoration is very beautiful, the waiter friendly and well maintained. at the beginning we had grilled muscheln tasty! for main dish risotto: one with skalopps and other with green sweet both. just right, skallops with lobster sauce and sweet al dente. for the desert lemon cake and caffe gourmand. all dishes were prepared with care. the price is not the cheapest, but everything is really worth it.

What a good surprise. I knew the Reine Jane 3 years ago as a good local restaurant. Now the place has a new team, is completly renovated in an up and trendy fashion. the food is really excellent. waitress and waiters are real professionnals taking...care of you. Price is right. It is THE place for a family, or romantic or friendly lunch or diner. Bravo !

Our local friends suggested us to go for a drink and dinner afterwards here. Great suggestion! This hotel has being refurbished and every room has a different designer signature, including the bar and restaurant. Drinks on the rooftop cocktail bar is magical and very relaxing....Good choice of gins and cocktails, and well done. We arrived around sunset time and stayed for a couple of hours enjoying the view on the Thai style couch. We moved to the restaurant to have a simple dinner which was amazing surrounded by a magical artistic vibe. The place was very busy and reservation is a must, I feel to say that the staff, even if very nice wasn't enough and service felt slow and not attentive enough. Overall, well recommend!

The hotel is in a perfect location on the small port near la plage. The dining area is bright and airy, I chose to eat inside because I forgot my hatand my bare Irish head burns easily. The service was punctual, not overly friendly but...efficient. The aoli was enough for two, and included courgette, carrots, egg, green beans, broccoli and cauliflower. The cod fish was cooked a minute or two too long, the mussels much too long, there was no other shellfish. That’s why I’m only giving 4*. However I would return for the location and the food, because you cannot make a fair evaluation in one visit.
